Abbey Flooring did our entire downstairs in Nov 2019. Summer of 2020 I noticed floor damage in the bathroom. We diagnosed and repaired the problem. As time went on the laminate floor boards separated. I called Spike to get an estimate for repair and he had his guy come out within days and replace the flooring without charge. Carpet is looking great. Spike and team were very helpful providing insight and guided me to a great looking floor and were happy to support in any questions or follow ups.
I just wanted to take a time out to say how much we are extremely pleased from beginning to end with Abbey flooring Company. We were referred by a friend and were so greatful to have been introduced to Spike. He was very efficient and professional and always went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend Abbey Flooring. Good prices and the customer service is outstanding! Spike was such a pleasure to work with. He even stopped by during the installation process to make sure everything was going smoothly. We have called him a couple times since the installation and he responds quickly. It's so nice to do business with a company that does not avoid your calls once installation is complete.
