DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. i HAD FLOORING INSTALLED TEN MONTHS AGO AND NOTICED A DEFECT IN THE LUXURY VINYL TILE RECENTLY. i CALLED TO REQUEST SOMEONE EXAMINE AND REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE TILE. THE OWNER WAS RUDE, CURT, ARROGANT AND PATRONIZING. HE INSISTED THAT SOMEONE IN MY HOME DAMAGED THE TILE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Very accommodating and punctual. The carpet looks great. A very professional experience
Fantastic experience with Abbey Floor, I can't recommend them enough. Was looking at hardwoods, was recommended a laminate which saved us several thousand dollars. Quality was fantastic, almost indistinguishable from hardwood, but waterproof and very scratch resistant. These guys will make an honest recommendation - service is excellent. Wayne and John are fantastic to work with
