Amazing service and the flooring looks great! Javier and Todd were the best! Highly recommend. They both went above and beyond.
Unimaginably awful business practice. I was an independent contractor for them during a busy time of year. Javier the sales rep Told me things were going to get extremely busy! so I offered to try and get my son who is also a licensed contractor to drive over from Idaho to help out. Javier said yes on the offer and so did my son. Wonderful products and fair pricing! We have used Abbey flooring to replace the flooring of our rental and again for our bathrooms. The ordering and installation was smooth and well done. Javier is wonderful to work with, great at communicating and finding products that meet your needs and budget. Highly recommend!
Floor looks beautiful but installers are lacking in finish quality !
I am giving a 2 star rating because I love my new carpet and the installer Ian, an independent contractor, did an excellent job. However the sales rep Javier out and out lied to me, it would seem to get the sale. My first request in the door of the store was to ask to see carpets of 13 foot width as I didn't want to have a seam through the middle of our 12 foot wide room.
