We never had any issues when Ginny Thompson worked at the Troy location but we've had multiple issues since she left a year ago. We are considering closing all of our accounts & taking our business elsewhere.

Vandalia location doesn't return calls most of the time. Tellers have an attitude if you don't have your account number!
