Abbey Credit union lied straight to me and my daughters face at the Troy Ohio office today. They told us one thing face to face then charged her 250.00 that they said they wouldn't. They will never see business from this family again and I will be sure to spread the news to family and friends about what they did.
Got two secured loans at Abbey. They told me I would not have any access to that money until the loans was paid in full. Paid one off this week and was told I had already spent the money. How can that be so if it was a secured loan. Time to seek legal advice.
Abbey Credit Union is an awesome place. They will do their best to meet your needs - always with a smile. I love how they are involved in the community. Lisa Burk and Blanca Ortiz are top notch.
