I’d give 5 stars to the Abby store, especially Matt, as he spent a lot of time helping me choose my flooring. However, the installers Abby used for my floor did a subpar job. There are several spots that squeak/creek/pop when I walk on them due to unlevel subfloors. Also, the installers said they painted my baseboards, but this is not true. They kept them as original white MDF. Very frustrating, as I’m unable to touch them up with paint as needed, as the color/sheen will not match the MDF.
