We had a very positive experience with Abbey Carpet & Floor Outlet. Our salesperson, Steven Scott was a pleasure to work with….we appreciated his advice on carpet for our stairs without feeling any pressure to buy. We ended up buying a remnant roll of carpet that was perfect for our stairs. The installed price was very fair and Steven included a $100 discount on the carpet we chose. The two guys were nice and respectful of the room. They did a great job removing and placing the new rug. My only concern is that the rug doesn’t lay flat. There are ripples in it.
From sales to installation, service was wonderful. The installers were attentive to detail with floor placement in closets as well as edging around the walls.
All I can say is fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
