We had a great experience using Abbey Carpet and flooring. They had a great deal with giving you an 8 pound carpet pad versus the 4 to 6 pound carpet pad you normally get plus they sell SHAW carpet which we really liked a lot. It cost us $4.99 a square foot and that includes the carpet pad and the installers moving the furniture. I would definitely use them again. Tara was our sales representative and she was very professional and friendly. Bonito was our carpet installer and he did a wonderful job of installing the carpet.
The experience was excellent from the patience and friendliness of the sales staff to the quick and professionalism of the install. We would absolutely recommend Abbey Carpet to anyone wanting to purchase carpet.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Abbey Carpet and Floor. Everything was perfect; from choosing the tile and their help finding the perfect grout and also the carpet! The installation couldn’t have been better either! Perfectly installed and cleanup awards couldn’t have been better as well! I would HIGHLY recommend them!
People were great to work with from the office staff to the installers. Everything was disclosed and explained. Carpet looks great and service was wonderful.
