Terrible... Purchased 1200sq/ft of carpet in Dec 2013. Carpet frayed and loops pulled out within 3 months. After one year of phone calls back and forth to the manager and multiple trips to my home Abbey told me there was nothing they could do and I would need to take them to court. I paid $9,000.00 for premium carpet and they have dragged out my issues for over a year. Worst business I have ever dealt with.
