Jillian and Craig were great! We had them install a stair runner after a couple of unfortunate slips down slippery hardwood stairs. The showroom had plenty of samples and Jillian was very helpful, answering questions but giving us time to browse ourselves. We were able to take home 3 samples as well. Craig called and scheduled a time to come out the same week to measure.
