Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! We came in looking for a new kitchen floor and felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. They have a great selection, answered all our questions thoroughly and efficiently, and were responsive when we contacted them with follow-up questions. They assessed our kitchen quickly, quoted us a very reasonable price, the installer showed up right on time, and the finished job is terrific. Couldn't be happier.

Terrific customer service. I selected a carpet which Abbey Carpet & Floor in Ashland ordered and installed beautifully. The problem was I HATED it. Amazingly, Craig Bogardus was willing to let me select another carpet, which he ordered and installed for me at no additional charge! The first carpeting was removed at no charge to me. The new carpeting looks fabulous and I am very happy with it. Craig went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I cannot recommend him and Abbey highly enough!
We have used Abbey to install carpets in several houses and cannot recommend them more strongly, for any kind of work that they do. We are very pleased with the prices, quality of work, and ease of dealing with them. That's why we hav bought from them so many times and will consider buying from anybody else. Also, Abbey stocks our favorite carpet color that other dealers could not even find.
I had my carpets cleaned by Abbey Carpet. They are fairly old and were very dirty due to four sons and pets. The technician, Carlos, did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond and spent a lot of time working to get out stains that were at least ten years old on some of my oriental rugs. They look beautiful! I would highly recommend them. I have also purchased carpeting from them for a commercial property I own and have been pleased with the quality of their product and the service. Kathy, Southboro, Mass.
Good family food!!! My family and I love 35. They have a excellent arrange of foods and their staff is very professional. Their desserts are also very good. overall, 35 is the place to go.

Union Baptist Church Couples Ministry I am not a particular fan of buffets because of the many hands reaching in the food and children not being supervised. The food was satisfactory although once it wasn't as hot as I prefer.
