Customer Service seems to be non-existent these days. Almost! I had already purchased tile but needed a "tile person" to do my install. Eric was so helpful in handing me a list of contractors and tile layers in the Ashland/Medford area. Super helpful, polite, knowledgeable and reminded me to qualify the individuals and ask for pricing.. I appreciate your help and can recommend Eric at Abbey Carpets for carpet, tile, anything floors and fantastic service.
Good old boys that are actually good and supporters of the arts to boot! I tell everyone to go here for their interior needs. So much more than carpet and they've been around long enough to be able to make great recommendations. The product they choose to house is also proven higher quality than large store competitors.
