I had high end carpet installed 2020. Within a short time, it wrinkled all over the house. The carpet was stretched, but the wrinkles recurred. For the 2nd stretch, I requested a different team and that the furniture be moved- both requests denied. Then, wrinkles noted a 3rd time. After weeks of waiting I was finally put on the schedule.
