Abbey at Vista Ridge has been my home for several years. When I moved here, it was a very well maintained, very quiet community. That has changed DRAMATICALLY! The gate entry call system no longer works, so we no longer have the ability to buzz people into the complex. It’s pointless anyway, because the gates hardly work…anyone can enter at any time. After my mom has been living at The Abbey for the past 14 years and me living here for the past year, I can say that the only thing I now enjoy about living here is how responsive Claudio and Mario are with any maintenance issue that comes up. The most recent issue is we had no use of the pool for the last few weeks of summer with no communication as to why, but there were times when the project manager’s husband was seen cleaning the pool instead of a professional and they allowed ducks to turn the pool into a swamp until i... read more
I’ve been living at Abbey since April of this year and my time here has been great! Ashlee was very helpful during my moving process. If I have any issues Leslie is always very helpful and resolves them in a timely manner. Veronica has been doing a great job of keeping this property together! Can’t wait to renew my lease!!!
