I read some negative reviews and they seem to revolve around the off site building. We can’t speak for that experience. We stayed in the main center. When you come to a city of 35000 people in the middle of winter, don’t expect Dubai accommodations. The place was perfect. It’s locally family owned which I strongly support. I rather give my money to these folks to stay in business and Holiday Inn can look after itself. The gentleman received us at 2am, plus other guests and personally brought everyone to their suite.
