Had appointment for 4pm and called at 3:55pm to inform them that we will be there before between 4:05 and 4:15. Was already on the way and estimated to arrive 4:09pm but the rude receptionist said they do not have a grace period. She cancelled the appointment. What a heartless way to treat a patient who was already on his way. Never seen a clinic like this.
They are very polite aknownledgable prompt a great service
