I agree, rude, rushed and unprofessional! Businesses need to prepare to be overwhelmed if they sell services on Groupon. Ms Mitchell lacked customer service with the woman before me, that was my first clue and even though she told me she was slammed with appointments, she was still sitting at the front desk when I walked back in minutes latter. Hyper, overwhelmed and impatient!!

I purchased a Groupon package for 5 microdermabrasion. I called to make my appt and was told the Aesthetician was on vacation. She called me the next day to set me up for my first visit. She gave me a date and a time of 2:00 in the afternoon and I told her I was not available at that time. I then asked her what her business hours were because of my job. To which she responded, " yea, that's the problem with these Groupons, women buy them that work bc they are so cheap!" (Well DUH!!!!!!) and she continued in a scolding manner... read more
