Did a good job
By far the best property ever. Great location, quiet, and the staff is very nice and understanding. I have always talked to Hayley. She is very professional and also show that she genuinely cares. I also would like to mention that maintenance is always on point when anything needs to be fixed. If you are in the Columbia area. This is the place to be.
Pro: Gated community with good maintenance team Con: Loud traffic noise and siren noise 24/7 because it's right next to the I-26 and behind a hospital.
I have lived here since the end of March 2025, and I honestly don't have anything negative to say. Our apartment is nice, there are so many amenities like a gym, car wash and dog park which we do take our dog too. The staff here is top tier, and maintenance is everything you would want in a maintenance team. They are friendly, and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with renting here.
I loved living here for the short time I did! The staff were very friendly and responsive! Everything was perfect for me.
