They came by this morning and fixed my toilet that when it flushed it would not stop. They fixed it, so I wanted to give them a 5.
Pro: Gated community with good maintenance team Con: Loud traffic noise and siren noise 24/7 because it's right next to the I-26 and behind a hospital. Monthly water bill is close to $100 per person per one bedroom apartment. Marijuana odor is strong.

Did a good job
By far the best property ever. Great location, quiet, and the staff is very nice and understanding. I have always talked to Hayley. She is very professional and also show that she genuinely cares. I also would like to mention that maintenance is always on point when anything needs to be fixed. If you are in the Columbia area. This is the place to be.
