This community is getting worse. When I first moved in, the staff was very friendly and the maintenance was very timely. But in the past year, a new management team was replaced, and the staff is very unfriendly and even discriminatory to us. It makes us feel like we are living in a detention center instead of living comfortably in our own homes. Management doesn’t even have any knowledge… while signing up there was this employee she was very good helpful and after getting into the apartments she is gone and new staff and the manager sucks very rude i have never seen in USA such a racism towards us. Towards all the other people she thinks its her own property and everyone else is home less .you are getting salary because of us the tenants remember that i wish i can use bad-words. Apartment deserves good management these people are getting bad reputation for abberly.
I lived at Abberly for 8 months while waiting for my next place to be ready. I was very pleased with my apartment. There was generous storage space, everything was well maintained, and all the staff were kind and responsive.
Thanks a lot Pico. I really appreciate the way he done my Washer and Dryer issue resolved. And very polite to explain me the electrical connection and resolve all my doubts.
