The manager of the complex exhibits a lack of professionalism and communication skills in interacting with tenants. In contrast, the other office staff, including Marquise and Abby, are exceptionally courteous. We vacated our residence on June 15th and, as of August 18th, over 60 days later, have yet to receive our security deposit. The maintenance here at everly twin Hickory is awesome. Since I moved in I have had very few reasons to call them, but when I have they have responded promptly. The work is professional and the attitude is friendly, cheerful, and also professional. If you're looking for good maintenance and a well maintained apartment, this is the place.

Thanks a lot Pico. The way Everytime he does the things so quickly and perfectly and give a immediate solution. So much dedicated and perfect. Today I was having problems with my Dishwasher but I think he made it much better for use. Thank you
