Long Read...My Honest Review. I wrote a review a month after I moved in on 7/23/25 but decided to delete it here's why. The move-in process was smooth and easy with Ms. Amber. I loved the apartment I was moving into, however here it is December 1 2025 and I have concerns. Kiara made the viewing and moving in process so seamless. She is so sweet, personable, and professional.
I’m currently living temporarily at this property, and my heat has been out for four days. Three maintenance workers came out in one day to try to fix it but couldn’t, and they said a contractor would follow up. It’s now the fourth day, and I still haven’t seen a contractor or any maintenance staff. I spoke with Amber in the office she was rude and completely unprofessional and the manager Terry seems inexperienced and unable to manage her team or get them to actually resolve issues. Not only are these apartments nice. Kiara the leasing agent is amazing, she’s very nice and welcoming. She was very patient with me. I couldn’t thank her enough for her kindness🫶🏽.
One, if you get Amber on the phone you can expect to leave with a bit of ease on the mind; especially with how communicative she is with any information needed. Ive been put to ease with any concerns I’ve asked about and whoever is next will find a sense of calm in their situation. You’ll see.
