We started this process on August 3, Kiara Lucas has made this process stress free. In a matter of seven days we were approved and ready to move in!! The apartments are spacious, have updated appliances, and very clean!! I’m so glad to finally be a member of this community!!
Kiara Lucas at Abberly Square Apartments was an incredible help! She went above and beyond to find us a place that matched exactly what we were looking for. The process was unbelievably fast, we started on August 3rd and are officially moving in on August 12th. Big shout-out to Kiara for being so proactive and getting us a great deal. I chose Abberly over the other local complexes because their management office is very personable and attentive. Kiara was in contact with me constantly to ensure that everything went smoothly for my move in.
I am starting to regret me moving over to Abberly Square Apts. I have been here since March 2025 and it was been one thing after another with this place. My 1st issue was with the weed smoking by the young teens and adults that live around here. I've called the rental office and sent an email about this a few times and the manager Terri (who is normally NEVER in the office at all). Terri informed me that I needed to call the police and report it. Not that she was going to send a communication notice, or address the community... read more
