I chose Abberly over the other local complexes because their management office is very personable and attentive. Kiara was in contact with me constantly to ensure that everything went smoothly for my move in.
I am starting to regret me moving over to Abberly Square Apts. I have been here since March 2025 and it was been one thing after another with this place. My 1st issue was with the weed smoking by the young teens and adults that live around here. I've called the rental office and sent an email about this a few times and the manager Terri (who is normally NEVER in the office at all). Terri informed me that I needed to call the police and report it. Not that she was going to send a communication notice, or address the community... read more

Honest Review (and just from my experience): Expensive for a small, carpeted 1 bedroom apartment. The “smart home” feature they claim to have isn’t all that, we were only able to lock/unlock the front door from an app and nothing else was working. Maintenance left a hole in our ceiling 2 months before our lease ends so we’ve had bugs coming in, including cockroaches, mosquitos, and moths. They didn’t bother fixing our AC so we’ve had temporary AC for a few months now, which is also letting bugs in through our windows. There’... read more
