My husband and I love living here. It’s very quiet and quaint. Additionally, a few things went wrong when we first moved in, but Mr. Rodney with maintenance has been exceptionally helpful. We love this place so much that we have recommended a few family members to move here.
If you’re looking for a place to feel secure, look no further , Amber the leasing consultant will always make sure to be the neighborhood watch and snitch to the proper authorities. She will make sure to hide in bushes just to make sure you’re safe! Thanks Amber!
As a current resident of 1+ year, my experience with the staff at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. About a month ago, Kiara, one of the leasing agents, sent maintenance to my apartment and instructed them to record video of the inside of my unit. This was done without my knowledge or consent, and the video included my very young daughter. I was not informed ahead of time that recording would take place. Absolutely worst. From the lazy workers at the front desk to the Apartment not removing any snow”a foot of solid ice” from any of the parking spots or walkways. So you have no where to park. It’s sad that the parking lot at McDonald’s is in better shape than the place you pay thousands of dollars a month to live.
Staff are so nice and professional, especially Amber. Every time I call the office they always pick up or if I have a problem and need maintenance. They take care of my needs ASAP.
