Been at the apartments for over a decade. And each staff that comes through have been easy to work with and some of the maintenance staff have been around since I’ve moved in. They remember names very well and really work with you on just about everything. Even worked with me during some tough times financially 👍👍
Scott and his crew have been so helpful and great with the upgrades to my floor and other maintenance needing to be done in my apartment. I've been living here in abberly chase for what I believe to be 9 to 10 years and I've noticed alot of good changes .
Abberly Chase has the best maintenance team!!! I have friends that live in other communities, and their maintenance staff cannot even compare to Abberly Chase. They are very responsive. And although I have not had many issues, the few times I needed maintenance, it was fixed right away. They are also very trustworthy
Maintenance replaced my refrigerator today. Unfortunately I wasn’t home to help. Sorry about that. You guys did a great job, thank you!
