The apartments are really nice and the floorplans are spacious. Everything here is great. I can't wait until we are able to use all the beautiful amenities.
All the photos on google and their website are of other places....why no real photos guys? What gives?
I moved here over 10 months ago, with expectations of amenities. Staff was very professional and always provided an apology for delays due to construction out of their control. However, going forward, I would not advise a grand opening If your not fully ready to provide what is listed and advertised. Having a good reputation is worth more than anything. I moved in in October after months of construction delay. Everything was fine for about two weeks until I started noticing MAJOR drops in the water pressure, sometimes so low I didn’t have ANY water. Everyone in the building was experiencing this until they FINALLY increased the building water pressure MONTHS later. Now in MARCH I’m apparently the “only one” experiencing water pressure drops still. We’re in a pandemic, people, and I can sometimes not wash my hands or shower. OMG!!! Their apartments are gorgeous! The Administration people is so friendly and helpful. This jewel is perfectly located in the heart of Midlothian, really close to St. Francis Medical Center.
