Abberly Avera Apartments are not what they use to be at all. We had a neighbor that smokes weed below us and it constantly came through the vents into our apartment. We told the manager multiple times and they said weed is legal in VA and did nothing about it. I have asthma and could not breathe each time they smoked. When it was time for my wife and I to move out the Abberly team is unprofessional and they wouldn’t even schedule a time for maintenance to do a final walk around.
