We moved to Abberly Avera from D.C. to escape the noise and find a peaceful home. Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but. For the past two months, we've had to endure constant barking from a neighbor's dog every weekend. Our attempts to resolve the issue with the neighbor were met with a hostile note, and two separate complaints to management have been ignored.
