The leasing office girls are very nice. Ive run into them before and they are all smiles! They pay for foodtrucks to come around the apartments for the residents to enjoy! Thank you for always trying to do the best you can!
RODENTS in 9021 building and they wanted me to pay $9,000 to break my lease because I don’t want to live with Rats in my “luxury” apartment. $5,000 lease break fee. What are you doing with that $5,000? Because it’s not getting rid of the RODENTS you are allowing in our building. Not to mention my other neighbors have made complaints about RODENTS as well . Freddie Rosales, service manager, with Abberly Avera Apartments consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of residents are met and that everything is running in tip top shape. He performs even the toughest unpleasant tasks with a smile on his face. I always appreciate his willingness to stop and say hello out in the community even when he is very busy. I appreciate all that Freddie does for the community!
If I could give these complex 0 stars I would but clearly thats not an option. I have lived in this community for four years, and the level of incompetence and disregard from management has become unacceptable. For over a year and a half, in my building I have continuously dealt with trash being left outside of designated pickup windows and garbage being thrown directly on the floor despite clear community rules. Reported during the night, and service was provided before noon next day. Very happy with the service. There is always a notification in place letting you know they were in the apartment and executed the service.
