I may not have lived here myself, but I visited often because a family member was a resident, and I always had a great experience. Every time I came by, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and even remembered me—even though I wasn't a resident. That kind of personal touch really stood out to me. I lived here from 2022 to mid 2026, and unfortunately I can’t recommend this community. The move in process was smooth, but after that communication was consistently lacking. Important information about policies, move out procedures, and potential charges are never clearly explained. Months after I moved out, I unexpectedly received a charge for drywall repair, despite completing the repairs myself before leaving.
