Tristyn was our AAA tow truck driver today. We were well informed of his arrival time prior to our pick-up. He was ever so cautious as a driver and was kind, friendly, and helpful with our situation on our drive over the pass to Eugene. Thank you Tristyn!!
I called AAA for a tow. They sent out Abbas Towing. Josh arrived within a half hour, as he told me he would. He was prompt, helpful, and friendly. I gladly recommend Abbas towing. Mrs. George
Did a AAA Tow. Driver did not seem very well trained in what he was doing. Discovered later, that there was significant damage to the suspension on my vehicle, from improperly winching/anchoring the vehicle. Did a damage claim with AAA. Owner called me up and acknowledged his mistake and wanted me to "drop the claim" and he would pay me direct for the shop bill. I told him that the claim was already file.
