I have no complaints! Dr. Haider is personable and the staff is always friendly. They really make an effort to educate you so you know what’s going on with your teeth and what is the best treatment plan. I struggled with sensitivity for years due to previous work and now feel a drastic improvement. So, from the beginning to the end.. from Norma and Chanell to Misha, Teresa (hygienist), Rosie and oh yes, DR. HAIDER, the customer service and expertise and education with that camera he uses that shows the before and a during and after of everything he does was just AMAZING! I’m educated. Dr Haider has great banter with his employees. He is excellent at his craft. He gets you in and out while making sure you are educated with what is happening in your mouth. I love the hygienist Teresa, she is so kind and understanding. Even the front desk employee Norma is always on point. Love this team.
Over time, I’ve had to amend my review here. I do think everyone who works in the office is very nice, and very good at their jobs. However, it is all too common to have to wait for a very long time to be seen. If you have an appointment, expect to be seen at minimum one hour after your appointment time. I’ve had multiple visits where I’ve been in the office for over two hours and ultimately left without any work even being done. Dr. Haider and his team are exceptionally skilled, caring and empathetic. Dr. Haider was relentless in his pursuit of excellent care for my husband. He kept in contact regularly with my husband and myself regarding his care plan and also took additional time to collaborate with my husbands primary care physician. We would give 10 stars if we could.
