I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received today. A week ago, I walked into the salon and discussed my hair goals. A month prior, I had my hair done and wasn’t happy with the results, so I needed a major colour correction. He suggested the perfect solution, and he executed it flawlessly. I’m incredibly satisfied with the results. I completely forgot the hairdresser’s name, but he has curly hair. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely book another appointment for myself and my family.

I had the best experience with Robbie at ABBA on Englson Rd in Ottawa. I went in for a balayage, and the results were absolutely fantastic! The color blended so beautifully and looks super natural – exactly what I had been hoping for. Robbie really listened to what I wanted, explained the process, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. On top of that, the service was friendly and professional. I'll keep this terse: Robbie knows what he is doing. I have curly hair and I have found it nearly impossible to find someone in Kanata who can do it justice. That changed today. Happy is an understatement. Will definitely be back.

I went in for a men’s haircut and couldn’t be happier with the result. The stylist took time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions that worked perfectly for my hair type. The place feels modern, clean, and welcoming, and everyone there is super friendly. I left looking sharp and feeling great — definitely my new go-to spot in Kanata!

I paid $390.85 for a hair service including a haircut and a keratin treatment. I was very excited about the results, but when I got home and washed my hair, it was still frizzy, messy, and completely unchanged. The treatment made no difference at all. I contacted the salon by phone to request a refund or a solution, but they refused to help. I feel very disappointed, as I paid a high amount for a service that did not meet the agreed expectations.
