Fantastic service! Hank was extremely kind and helpful, has excellent integrity, and was thorough with troubleshooting and repair. He was comprehensive in checking my system’s warranty status and conscientious of time. When curious about the part’s cost, he was absolutely transparent and even confirmed with the part’s reseller what the part’s warranty is. I highly recommend this team.
Hank replied promptly and worked with my work schedule to stop by to assess my AC. He educated me on the importance of changing a filter and size I needed to replace. Hank then showed me that the capacitor was bad and already had it replaced and the AC was working again. I highly recommend his business, great professionalism and knowledge. I definitely will call again if needed in the future. Thank you Hank!
