Does not stand behind his work! He came to install a shower body. One day later I noticed the shower head was constantly dripping. I called Steve and he said wait another day and call if there is still a problem. I called 5 times over 3-4 weeks and he never returned any of my phone calls. While at my home he was pleasant enough and went on about how he stands behind his work and assured me he would return if there is any problem. Apparently that was a lie.
