Absolutely terrible customer service. My husband and I have been trying get our yearly eye checks done for 4 weeks at this point with several attempts to schedule. After scheduling when we arrived with our appointment confirmation to check in we were told the appointment was for the following week. We were never notified of changes or contacted, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful in explaining why exactly things had been changed without notice. Walked in for my third attempted scheduled appointment and was told all the times even tho the confirmation email was for that day and time my appointment was on a different day and time all three times. Just like most people I have a lot of things going on I can't be playing this cat and mouse game. What kind of business will look at the proof of the confirmation email they sent and tell the customer they are lying. Worst service I have received in Colorado springs period.
Terrible customer service, I highly don't recommend this place if you want to get your glasses on time. Also they say they will call when your glasses come in and I have not received one call i have to call to check to see if the glasses are in. I also ordered warranty lenses and they still have not came in and its been over 2 month. Not happy with this place at all.
Amazing customer service, professional, friendly & efficient. I went to the Abba Eye Care on Academy & Union. They have my wife & I as customers for life!
