Wish I could give negative stars. Went in for an exam on December 15th. Ordered a pair of glasses and was told it would be 2 weeks. Today is JANUARY 22 and I still don't have glasses! I have called weekly since the two weeks passed and have been told they were back ordered, should be in next week. Following week I call and they tell me one more week or I can come in and pick a new pair of frames and it will take a week for them to get lenses in the new pair, so I opted to keep the original plan. Great staff, quick service. The gentleman helping us didn’t even blink when my son wanted to be shown the pink frames or when he chose the pink/multicolor frames. When we were checking out, the woman helping us complimented him several times on the frames he picked and noted that she liked that I let him pick the ones HE wanted. Some people can be really judgmental about these sorts of things, so I appreciated that the staff here weren’t at all. Dylan’s super excited about his new glasses and can’t wait to get them!
I went into this clinic with a serious eye injury. A deep abrasion on my cornea and chuck missing out of my iris. Urgent care referred me to them because they said they couldn’t help me. I walked into their clinic in tears and in so much pain it was unbearable. They took care of me so quickly and have been absolutely amazing in my recovery. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Negative stars -� Worst experience! Appointment was for my son, only 6. After waiting over a hour for the doctor to see him, she wasn’t even friendly. He’s 6 and after 30 minuets good luck, that’s how kiddos are. She rushes through the screening without explanation. We were ruding asked to wait and look at glasses until someone else was available. They gave us 6 box’s of glasses to roam through, with only 4 options for boys frames. The consultant was Unuseful or helpful on what would fit or look good. Walked out after 2 hour... read more
