Charged nearly $400 for new single vision glasses that I don't see any better than old glasses from 2011. Was rushed through cost options and not given price comparisons. I won't be going to ABBA ever again, I feel ripped off and wasted money.
Recommendedfriendly staff and Great service
OH MY GOODNESS I was walking in the ghetto and I was scared there were cops and crack heads and just scary people. Next thing I know is I see a bright light and it blinded me for a second an I was able to read it and it said Abba eye care and as curious as I was I walked in and was treated with the upmost respect and treated like a king. I would highly recommend going to this place. Especially if you find yourself in the ghetto and you’re scared. 10 out of 10 in my books and will be coming back to this place 😇
Customer service is terrible
We had a great experience! They were very welcoming and my daughter loved SloMo! The Mascot!!
Their advertising should say "look how good you can see, and see how long you will wait.....they told me two weeks which is bad enough for a pair of glasses in this day and age...now it's looking like closer to three weeks! If they would have told me that up front I would have went somewhere else!
All the staff were amazing!!! The other thing that made it wonderful is that the staff gave each other a wonderful experience. They worked as a team and took care of the little details for each other to make it that much better for everyone. They care about each other and their customers.
Great customer service will go above and beyond for their patients
