Beware. Paid $431 for replacement compressor for refrigerator. Worked for 2 days. He wouldn't return our calls. Used this company before when his father ran it but never again. Thinking of hiring an attorney. He's a crook.
Do not use this company!! This man accepted $350 from my mother for an oven part and when he couldn’t get the right part, he stopped answering her phone calls. We still haven’t gotten her money back.
after having experience with 2 other companies I was very concerned with the level of service I would receive.. I was totally amazed not only with the knowledge of the office staff but with the professionalism & courtesy of the technician who came out.. after the initial visit to diagnose the problem i had to wait a week for a part which wasn't too long & then the work was done quickly & very satisfactorally.. i would highly recommend ABBA to anyone who asks...
VERY courteous office staff and service tech, came out the next day. Fast, efficient service repairing my dryer. Also, lowest service charge of all the companies I phoned and the soonest availability. Highly recommend this company.
When I first called Abba i was expecting mediocre service at best, as I have received from most appliance companies. But was pleasantly surprised with the level of service from not only the office personnel but the Technicians. I would certainly use Abba's services in the future.
