Absolutely atrocious customer service on the ABB Drives division. Takes days to get a response. They seem to loose ACH payments for orders and can’t ever figure out what to allocate the funds to. They fired their sales force and have no reps to actually contact. No more technical help for their own products. Service went down but their product seems to keep rising in price. If you can avoid using their product please do.
Great crew. Easy in easy out.
