Every time I walk into Dr. Abay's office I always feel like I am walking into a welcoming office. Such friendly staff! The ladies in the front are always smiling. They know everyone by name! I am just amazed at how well they know every one. I just adore Dr. Abay. She is so sweet and knows her craft! I know she is going to get the results she wants with my teeth. Every time I bring my kids to appointment the girls in front never even look up say Hi good morning how are you? They are so rude. Than when the phone is ringing they answer act nice and hang up and say I hate that lady. I hate when people call last minute. Things happen! Is that how they talk about me? I pay a lot of money to this place and they are so rude. Never once in the past year half have they ever said hello good morning nothing when I bring my kids.
