I’ve been here three times and I have had three different braiders. I would not recommend. The braiders are never on time. If my appointment is at 0930 i expect to be in the chair and my hair is being parted at 0930. All three times I have arrived before the braider. On all three occasions i didn’t get to the chair until 10 and then I had to wait for them to prep so my hair was not started until 10-10:30. They use too much gel. Mr. Abass was very accommodating when there was miscommunication regarding my initial appointment! He put me in touch with one of his stylists name Amy! SHE HOOKED ME UP WITH SOME BEAUTIFUL SENEGALESE TWISTS! Amy was not expecting another customer, but graciously rearranged her schedule to fit me in! She takes great pride in her work! She is very professional, cordial and made me feel 1st class! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMY! Sincerely Toni 0:+)
