This agency has become completely unreliable. The caregivers they have provided in the past couple years became increasingly bizarre, deceptive and treacherous. The last one, months ago, didn't speak English but I eventually discovered my lousy Spanish wasn't the problem when I sat her down and pressed her as to why she was having such a hard time following my instruction! Care coordinator was very unprofessional and rude her Monica continued to meet after I said no my mo and her spoke about my case and my information without my permission

I had tried at least 4 other home health companies in Albuquerque before I found Abarim, and the experience I have had with them is far superior to any of the others. They have worked very hard to find me a caregiver in a very difficult market in which good caregivers are hard to find. I could not be happier with them. An agency is only as good as the local employee pool allows them to be. Available staff pool in this town is not good. But the agency and its policies are top notch. I have tried quite a number of agencies in the last few years, but none are as professional and compassionate as Abarim. Manager Andres is a special person, as are many of the office staff, including my care coordinator, Anna, and the super friendly and warm Mr. Leo at the front desk phones.
