This company continues to consistently break basic health guidelines. IE: returning to kitchen 2 wash dishes w gloves they just cleaned bathroom with!, having a profuse nose bleed & placing 3ft. of toilet tissue in the waste basket! refusing to read written instructions, refusing to do a task as I'verequested&saying they will do something else instead; etc. So disappointing in general.
It is difficult to grade this agency because they are dealing with a situation that is endemic to the whole industry, and that is that there are very few good caregivers available. But I think this agency is better than most of the others. I have tried a few. Every time I get a caregiver from the agency, however, the person is completely unreliable. They don't remember instructions, and even when I give them paper to write it down, they can't be bothered to do it! They sneak time on their phones, sending texts to their boyfr... read more
This agency has become unreliable with communication and scheduling. Very few caregivers have been available, and most of them are BIZARRE. The last one, months ago, didn't speak English but I eventually discovered my lousy Spanish wasn't the problem when I sat her down and pressed her as to why she was having such a hard time following my instruction! Care coordinator was very unprofessional and rude her Monica continued to meet after I said no my mo and her spoke about my case and my information without my permission
