I would give this TRASH florist a NEGATIVE 100,000,000 REVIEW! I spent a lot of money to send a birthday arrangement to only have them arrive WILTED 🥀 AND FALLING APART! And then SHE tried to tell me that the “flowers are like that” AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE MY BEST FRIEND HAD TO GO DOWN TO THE FLOWER SHOP TO GET FRESH FLOWERS! BEYOND RIDICULOUS and EnRaGinG! They should be embarrassed by their work! !!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Received a Mother's day flower arrangement yesterday. Several of the flowers were wilted, the water was dirty. The arrangement looks like it was done by a amateur. I called right away to express my concerns. I felt bad for my son spending his hard earned money on this. When I talked with the manager? She had an attitude. She kept making excuses. For Mother’s Day I decided to send my mother a $65 Bouquet from this establishment. My mother got home and noticed there was a vase knocked over with a bunch of half dead flowers scattered around the deck... She was beyond upset when she called to tell me. Abandale Florist, in my opinion, deserves no stars. I had a bouquet delivered to me, unfortunately I was minutes from home when the delivery man called or I would have refused the flowers. The roses delivered were drooping and had brown tips. When I call regarding the 24 hour guarantee I believe I spoke to the owner who rudely informed me that she would have the driver pick up the flowers, but no guarantee on a replacement or refund to the person who ordered them. This place has no pride in satisfying the customer. When l called to find out what happened to the rest of my order, they react in a very confused manner. I give them information they ask for they apologize, give you a promised delivery with a call before arrival and nothing happens. I called to find out what happened.
