Had a wonderful stay @ Abajo - the cabin was a nice place to get out of the chill - rode in on big touring bikes. Be sure to use the lower driveway if you do as well. Some loose rock and unstable base. Is fine for 4 wheel vehicles, but pretty sketchy for a big bike. Spent 3 nights at Abajo, Bill cooked for us twice..ribs, then chicken. Mmmmmmmm, very tasty and more than enough. Everything you want to do and see is easily accessed from Abajo: 4 corners, Monument Valley, Canyonlands, Arches, Zion, Glen Canyon, etc......Elbows ... read more
Excellent place with rustic charm. Perfect place to relax after a days sight seeing. Very friendly and very helpful host.
We had a fantastic stay at the Abajo Haven cabins, which are beautifully appointed and in a very quiet setting. Bill was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The only sounds were from the local wildlife! If you're into star gazing, this is definitely the place for you.
Charmant havre de paix et de nature. Le proprietaire Bill a soigné le décor et l'accueil dans son petit coin de paradis ou nous avons sejourné avec la famille de cerfs pour nous tenir compagnie. C'est simple mais propre et pratique, de plus le repas preparé par Bill etait bon et copieux.
Our family just returned from an amazing week at Abajo Haven Guest Cabins. My husband and I, our daughter and grand children were very comfortable in the superior cabin. It was wonderful having the whole family together. We enjoyed a camp fire every night with toasted marshmallows and some-mores. Bill has a tremendous knowledge of the area and all of his suggestions were a hit with everyone in our party. We were usually the only ones on our outings, so nice to have a vacation without crowds.
