Hotels sheets gave me a rash . Stains on bed sheets . Definitely overpriced . Hotel ran out of wash clothes during my stay completely ridiculous. Could’ve in south beach for something much nicer for the price I paid . House keeping Takes forever to clean room . Room is very outdated .
We had a great experience at ABAE Hotel. The team was very helpful, the hotel was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxed and stylish. Even though it’s not right by the beach, the location was still convenient and worked well for us. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
The staff were nice but not nice enough to stay again, especially with the issues we had with our room. They tell you the beds are queen size before booking when in fact they are full size. The remote and table had some sort of grease all over it when we arrived. Like it had not been cleaned (made me nervous what else wasn’t cleaned). The sheets for the futon we got had stains on them. I always choose this hotel when visiting Miami due to its convenient location and the fair balance between quality and price. The only drawback is that mobile payments are not accepted, as the physical card and PIN are required. This is unusual nowadays, and improving this would make the experience even better.
We had a very pleasant stay for 4 days, we booked 2 Penthouse rooms ( 2Persons each), very clean and well equipped! Very helpfull staff and nice quiet and Safe location where you can explore South Beach by feet as everything is in walking distance. If you are lucky you will find free parking lots next to the Hotel.
