I always choose this hotel when visiting Miami due to its convenient location and the fair balance between quality and price. The only drawback is that mobile payments are not accepted, as the physical card and PIN are required. This is unusual nowadays, and improving this would make the experience even better.
We had a very pleasant stay for 4 days, we booked 2 Penthouse rooms ( 2Persons each), very clean and well equipped! Very helpfull staff and nice quiet and Safe location where you can explore South Beach by feet as everything is in walking distance. If you are lucky you will find free parking lots next to the Hotel.
The entire company should be closed. We stayed at a sister property and were constantly harassed by the staff. We stayed over a week and simply did not want a full room cleaning services but the manager implied we had a dead body in our room. We are here for a FUNERAL. It was belittling and mean.
The hotel is truly exceptional! The staff are amazing and kind people who are always ready to help. The location on West Avenue is perfect: a quiet and pleasant area with cafés around, yet very close to all the main attractions, with plenty of bus lines nearby. The rooms are spotless and sparkling clean. There is always fresh water, soda, laundry machines with soap provided, and everything is organized down to the last detail. Had visited for the first time with my husband for my birthday when it was time for us to check out and wait for his money to be returned to him the staff try to say we stole they pillows we didn’t appreciate that made us uncomfortable and it seemed like a colorist thing won’t stay at the hotel no more
