I worked with Jeff Surowka to buy my Brooklyn apartment in 2005. It was such a good experience that when it came time to sell it in 2024, I didn't think of using anyone else. Jeff is extremely knowledgable about the market, professional in all interactions and has a keen eye for design. My apartment was beautifully staged. Most importantly, because buying/selling your home is by its nature stressful, Jeff is unfailingly warm and encouraging. I am very grateful for the work he did on my behalf and recommend him highly.
Jeff Surowka at Abacus Properties has been an absolute blessing to my husband and me. I inherited a broken down apartment in Brooklyn. We live out of state. Jeff helped us find a local contractor and gave us a ton of input about a to-the-studs renovation. He helped create a gorgeous apartment that would be exactly what buyers are looking for. And then he found us a buyer who paid list in the first week! Jeff is a truly kind and generous person who I couldn't recommend more highly.
Let's say there was one last apartment to live on Earth and Jeff was the broker I had to go through -- I'd live in a forest. I'm not exaggerating!
