Manny was very attentive to understanding and addressing the issues I'd booked the appointment for. First of all taking look at natural gas leak in pipe fitting that that supplies outside gas lantern and diagnosing the problem, recommending a fix, then taking care of it. He also took a look at incoming water piping system and worked up an estimate on what it would cost to repipe if I should decide to. He was very patient in answering all questions and offering info. Fantastic. Great is all that I can say about the two techs Devon and Jason who responded to my house for an A/C inspection. I'm 72 yrs. old, and these two gentlemen are the most polite and professional men that I have ever and I do mean ever met. I was a police officer for 42 yrs and have dealt with a lot of people and these two men are a great addition and representation of your company Abacus.
