Paul was great and so was Hilda with customer service. The last time I called Abacus for a shower leak I was very disappointed because American Tile dropped the ball. So another company got the job. Decided to try again and it worked out. After explaining my concerns to customer service, Hilda offered to waive the service charge and was very reassuring about Abacus. Paul and Hilda both were fantastic!

Mr. Garcia was very knowledgeable in explaining the services Abacus could provide and explained it in detail. He showed professionalism in his work. It was nice having him install our water heater. Thank you.

Dana has been to my home several times and he is like one of the family. He's always professional and Personable. I don't feel pressured and he explains things thoroughly which is appreciated. Kudos to Dana & Abacus!

Was Courteous, got right to the point of identifying and giving a resolution to the problem. Gave me an upfront quote. Stayed to the task at hand (no loitering or shiftless lost of time on task). Presented my on screen paper work for me to review 1st then sign of agreement. Gave a courteous thank you for using Abacus.

Roberto did a great job, put in a very long day and kept smiling and his professional demeanor. I would suggest that Abacus send a native English speaker with a native Spanish speaker. I didn't understand much of what Roberto said, especially at 10 p.m. when we all were tired and he tried to show me how to use my new thermostat.

Jose Amaya (Jose 1) and Jose (Jose 2), Jose 1's helper, were very efficient and professional. The only reservation I had was not being able to speak Spanish to Jose 1. Jose 1 had an accent which caused me some difficulty in understanding everything he told me. However, I do not believe my inability to always understand Jose 1 when he spoke caused him to perform below the highest standard set by ABACUS which I expect.
