He was very easy to talk too. He explained all the steps from inspection to repairs and costs. He really made us feel comfortable as we waited for the repair. Very professional with his phone calls prior to coming out to our house. Would recommend Darrell and Abacus for any future repairs!!!

Doug is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained why I need to have my condensers replaced and the issues with my furnace. Next time I call Abacus for my heating and AC issues I'm going to request Doug.

Arami and his partner (did not get his name) did a great job--very professional, efficient, personable, and great at communicating important issues with the client. In addition to fixing a leak in AC unit (diagnosed by Dan the day before, and missed by Doug during yearly check-up), they also detected a small gas leak in our water heater (also installed by Abacus), which was confirmed by Dan. Dan is likely the best Abacus employee that we have dealt with in your AC unit (Sylvano is great too). He is very professional, knows his stuff and explains very well the important issues, is very enthusiastic about his job and about doing a good job. He diagnosed a major leak in our Abacus AC system, which was missed during the recent yearly check up, and recommended putting a tent over our attic ladder to reduce our electric bill. This was our first experience with Dan and it was a great experience. Dan has excellent customer skills and provided us with an honest appraisal of our issue. He took the time to listen to our comments and our concerns while taking notes to ensure he answered all of our questions and attended to the items we felt were important to comfort level of our new HVAC. Jair Morales did an excellent job! I am always impressed by the work, professionalism, promptness of Abacus Plumbing employees. When I returned from a conference about 7 pm, water was all over the bathroom floor. I was unable to turn off the valve to the toilet. I called always reliable Abacus Plumbing. By 9 pm, Jose Morales had arrived and replaced the valve. Thank you!
