Incredible service from Abacus and Douglas saved us so much money that we were able to have everything done in our remodel that we wanted will use again second time we've called abacus and Both times were a great experience would recommend to anybody needing electrical work

What an awesome worker, knows his job very well. Explain to me what was going on, with the water system. Took pictures that Pure Life, the worker didn't dig for putting pipes down. And that's why gallons of water, was shoot out! I'm very grateful that ABACUS, sent a Phenomenal worker to do this major job! And he came about 3 a.m. completed the job, well! Thanks, ABACUS! Have a blessed day!!!

Mr. Amer did an excellent job and worked diligently from start to completion. He explained everything in detail and made absolutely certain everything was working properly before leaving. He was polite and kept us in the loop of what he was doing periodically. He ensured everything was cleaned up before leaving, and we will most certainly be using them again in the future when it's time to replace our second unit.

This guys is awesome! Last time we used Abacus, the interaction was very poor and I was leaning towards not using your company again. Charles definitely redeemed the image of your company with me and I highly recommend this guy for a promotion. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions when deciding to purchase a conventional or tankless water heater. Next time I call Abacus I will be asking for Charles.

I was scheduled for a late afternoon/ early evening appointment. I was happy to receive a call that Sebastian was able to come out earlier. He offered several options without pressure to do more than I chose. He quickly got to work once he diagnosed the issue. He and his team worked hard to get my hot water heater replaced. I was relieved to find out it had all been completed tonight and he would not have to return on Monday. You have a hard worker with Sebastian. Thank you for getting the job done in a professional manner.

Brett and the tech with him were very professional. I enjoyed our conversation and his forthright nature about the job. Abacus has done great work at my house in the past and continued to do so today. Pricing was reasonable and your iPad/tablet interface is efficient and appreciated. I hope I won't need your service but if I do I won't hesitate to call you for the job.

I left a message after hours and quickly got a call back from the scheduling department with a wide selection of available appointments. Communication was very consistent and our highly skilled technician, Sampson diagnosed the problem and offered an affordable, long-term solution. We have had other contractors come out, but we were most impressed with Abacus.

The staff sent our home were too notch. The crew stayed almost 24hrs to be sure the job was completed. Sadly, Center Point Energy was the entity that came up short. They created a serious problem. Not ABACUS, they stayed to be sure the job was completed. They were caring and honest. They said they wanted to be sure we would have our service. The came to our home at 9:00 am and stayed until almost 3::00 am. They returned around 9:30 am and saw that the job was completed. It was around 2:00 pm before they left. I highly recomm... read more
