Our water heater failed suddenly. Roland did an excellent job of explaining the options we had to resolve the problem, which allowed us to make a decision without any sales pressure from him. The work was completed on time and in a very professional manner by all involved from scheduling to installation to clean-up after completion.
Fantastic. Great is all that I can say about the two techs Devon and Jason who responded to my house for an A/C inspection. I'm 72 yrs. old, and these two gentlemen are the most polite and professional men that I have ever and I do mean ever met. Thank you for having top tier HVAC Technicians like Samuel. Samuel diagnosed HVAC problems that have plagued me since my house was built 7 years ago. I've had numerous technicians look at the system but only Samuel was able to diagnose the root cause of the problem. Samuel is customer focused, highly skilled and dedicated to doing the job right. We were very pleased with the technicians' personal appearance, their attention to detail and concern for cleanliness as they installed our sink, faucet and disposal. Fantastic company to do business with. Person arranging appointment and dispatcher calling to confirm arrival time of plumber were courteous. Plumber, Joseph, was prompt, clean, courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing. He performed several different plumbing tasks in a very reasonable time frame and did them well. I used to do business with another well known Houston plumbing company, but will not go back there again after dealing with Abacus. Highly recommend Abacus

The technician provided excellent, professional, and courteous service. Although it was a routine inspection of our HVAC system, he explained that things were working well, but he also made some helpful suggestions for improvement. He listened attentively and fully addressed all of our questions and concerns. We are delighted that our excellent experience today falls right in line with our other experiences with Abacus for HVAC and plumbing needs - prompt, professional, and personal service!
Abacus technicians were in the process of installing a furnace/A/C unit in my home when they discovered an unexpected electrical problem. Mr. Flores discussed it with me, and at my request, he called the Abacus electrician. Cesar responded immediately. It's rare today when you receive the level of customer service that 'makes' you want to call in and re-enforce how awesome of service received. I cannot say enough about Rey and his team. Having purchased AC systems in the past I will never again consider anyone other than Abacus in the future. It should be noted, the follow up with Monte was equally pleasant. He complimented me on my home and the AC system we purchased. That just doesn't happen anymore. Way to go on Customer Service!!!
