If I could give a negative star I would. I have a stopped up drain that needed to be taken care of because there was water standing in shower. I called them on Wednesday 18th & they had a 4-8 available so I took it around 5 o’clock they cancelled running late. Called reschedule for Thursday the 19th once again cancelled again. I called today 6/4/25 Tenisha was so rude. She didn't let me talk. I asked for a supervisor she disconnected the call. I received an email from Tony Patino president about doing a review. This is the very reason why I didn't want to do it not a happy customer. I bought a new unit almost 10 grand. The crew that came out that day didn't complete the job correctly.
