I have always been impressed with the Great customer service here at Citimarine.
Bryon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the aircon I needed. Service was complete, no hidden fees, and a good price. He responded to a multitude of questions promptly and never got frustrated with me despite it taking over a week to finally order one. Available by phone I was always able to talk to him and not a computer or voice mail.
Sales Representative, Bryan Keeler was outstanding! We desperately needed to source a pair of couplers, he found it in the system, saw it was being shipped out of the west coast, then stayed on his distributor to ensure it was shipped the same day of the order. He helped a huge project of ours, made lots of folks happy. Just awesome!
