Very happy with both the Outstanding customer service and high quality of the 16k ac unit. Easy to install as a plug and play for a dometic or pompanette or webasto unit. Shipped immediately and even gave me a discount as 1st time buyer. Javier Ripoll Jr, (their Director) responded to email long after hours immediately, helping to resolve a question. I highly recommend CitiMarine- they are GREAT!
Like a cat it had lived it's nine lives and then six days ago my 12,000 BTU AC succumbed to old age. Unlike many past deaths the unit could not be revived; therefore, sadly, I pronounced it dead at about 10:00 a.m. By 10:15 a.m. I was on the CityMarine website ordering a new Webasto 12,000 BTU AC unit. Sometime around lunch I received an email that a shipping label had been generated along with a pickup request to the carrier. I could not be happier with the level of customer service. I placed an online order and after doing so Manuel from customer service reached out to let me know that the item was out of stock. He said I have three options. Wait a couple of weeks for new supply, get the item in a different finish or the option for a different model. I am so glad he gave me different options as I went with the different model and actually like it better than the one, I originally picked. Thank you, Manuel, for all your help. I ordered a 16, BTU AC and it works better then all other AC I've had in the past . It's a CTM and my back up generator honda 2200 would not run my new AC . I called and they said I needed a soft start. I had problems understanding the wiring and they took the time to go over it with me step by step. Citimarine is one of the few companies that values there customers and it shows by the way you are treated. Thanks for the Help Citimarine!!!
