I’ve had a couple of orders with Citimarine. Selection and price are great. Very quick shipping. On my last order, I had a problem with the pump fit, no fault of CM. Ana was outstanding explaining my options and facilitating a replacement. Super knowledgeable, patient and persistent in making a successful exchange. Thanks!!
I placed an online order at 3:55 PM. 20 minutes later I got a notification that my package had shipped. I expected it to take 3 to 7 days to arrive, but at 2 PM the following day my package was here. I thought my boat would be out of commission for a week and I’m already back up and running. Citi Marine had my part for $116. The next best price I saw was $140. Because my order was over $100, I got free shipping. I’m glad I found Citi Marine. They are now my go to supplier.
Having used Citimarine for several purchases, I have always found the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Ana, went the extra mile to assist in receiving product, inspection and finally making certain it ships to the proper location. Super Kudos
Great customer care. I worked with Ana. She was a tremendous help and followed through. I much appreciate I and will be back to purchase from this business again. Thank you
