This should be 5 stars for Citimarine and 3 for the Webasto A/C I purchased thru them. The service and price were excellent, no complaints, but as far as the Webasto goes, not so good so I'll confine my comments to that. The Webasto A/C I purchased as a replacement unit for a brand whose price had doubled in 15 years, and since the boat will probably be sold in the next few years I was just looking for an interim but adequate replacement. Ordered two a/c units for my boat. Needed to call a couple times for some technical assistance during the installation and was very pleased with the support. Also needed to exchange a display cable for a different length and Manuel was very helpful and prompt in making that happen. Overall I’m very pleased with the support and the hardware. Highly recommend.
