Ordered two a/c units for my boat. Needed to call a couple times for some technical assistance during the installation and was very pleased with the support. Also needed to exchange a display cable for a different length and Manuel was very helpful and prompt in making that happen. Overall I’m very pleased with the support and the hardware.
