They are EXTREMELLY desorganized. Estoy sumamente desapontada con esta clínica. Gasté más de 1500 usd en evaluaciones para Mi hijo meses atrás. Mes pasado contacté nuevamente la clínica y son tan desordenados y cada momento te dicen una cosa distinta. Busquen otro lugar. Estoy agotada y extremamente enojada por su falta de profesionalismo.

I have to say this one more time because Dr. G and her staff have really made a difference. We are receiving services in CMNB and the sister company and from the moment we arrived they did not waste any time in helping us get the right the diagnosis, working diligently with our Insurnace for approval and finally after being tossed from neurologist to neurologist I found a place who not only cares but knows how to help! Llame para hacer una pregunta ( si necesitaban a alguien para trabajo en oficina )y muy poco profecional las muchacha que atendió el teléfono y no tampoco hablamos del tema si soy bilingüe o no lo soy pues la conversación fue de apenas segundos y lejos de que la reseña sea por los servicios que prestan también es por el personal de oficina. Muchas gracias por el intento de esclarecer el tema. Feliz tarde

THERAPY!!! Very important but second-important thing is HAVING A GREAT THERAPY OFFICE and staff. I love seeing Amanda every single time I come in. She is amazing and is very kind. Yileny is an amazing THERAPIST. I would recommend her to everyone.

After several appointments that were not honored, several phone calls that only ever go to voicemail, they never saw me. After many opportunities I gave them and many appointments that I waited weeks to months for, I would say that this provider, Crystal Minds, is not organized and is not prepared to match you with an appropriate therapist. After two months of waiting for them I got nowhere.
