They made me and my wife pay $50 each to fill out an application and still denied us. I would not recommend or waste your money with them
Very rude. She came to our house to complain about the grass, which yes, it is pretty high but we just had a hurricane come through and our lawn company kept rescheduling. When I told her that the company was coming over today she said it didnt matter that she was still sending one of her vendors out to us and is taking care of it herself. Also, even though our lawn guy did edge, trim and mow, like I told her he would, she said that she will still be charging us and that her vendor will still be coming by.
